Ruins of St. Paul's Cathedral

Cathedral of Saint Paul in Macau built in 1582 to 1602 by the Jesuit monks. In 1595 and 1601 the church was on fire, but rebuilt in 1602 and completed in 1637. Hundreds glory years of the dynasty has enriched the historical trail in the bamboo curtain country. Here are some sites with fantastic stories that you can find there:

Wall of China

Great Wall of China (Great Wall of China) is a series of forts built in several periods, from about the 5th century BC to 16th century AD. The 6,400 km long wall built to protect the Northern limits of the Chinese empire nomadic intruders.
There are four main sections of the Wall of China, namely:
  1. Walls were built during the Qin dynasty
  2. Walls were built during the Han Dynasty
  3. Walls were built during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdom
  4. Walls were built during the Hongwu Emperor until Wanli Emperor of the Ming dynasty
In early development, namely the reign of the Qin dynasty, the material used is clay, stone and wood. Later in the Ming Dynasty bricks, lime, stone and new flooring put into use. Unfortunately, many parts of the Wall of China damaged by erosion caused by sand storms and vandalism.

The Forbidden City

Located in the city center of Beijing, the Forbidden City (The Forbidden City) was once the palace of the Ming dynasty residence until the Qing dynasty for almost 600 years, as well as the political center of Chinese government.

Temple of Heaven (The Temple of Heaven) is a complex of Taoist school building located in the center of Beijing. So named because in ancient China, the emperor of China who is regarded as the Son of Heaven often prayed to heaven to beg in harvest success.

The temple complex was built in 1406 until 1420 during the reign of Emperor Yongle. In the 16th century, the temple was expanded and named the Temple of Heaven in the reign of the Jiajing Emperor also built three other temples, the Temple of the Sun, the Temple of Earth and Temple of the Moon.

Had made the army command headquarters for one year at the time of the Boxer rebellion, the Temple of Heaven was slowly damaged and destroyed with the fall of the Qing dynasty. Jiuzhaigou National Park
As the 4th largest country in the world, China has a vast land territory. Its location is bordered by several countries, including India, Russia, Nepal, and Mongolia, and surrounded by mountains, making the country inhabited by many ethnic groups rich attractiveness.

Of the 22 provinces in China, Sichuan province is one which can be said to have the most powerful spells. Its capital Chengdu, the 5th largest province in China is inhabited by the Han, Yi, Tibetan and Qiang. Sichuan itself means "Four Rivers". A number of very interesting tourist destinations scattered here and there. Here are some of them:

Jiuzhaigou National Park

Jiuzhaigou National Park, also known by the name of Jiuzhaigou Valley, is one of three national parks in the country of China in the list of UNESCO world heritage site. Jiuzhaigou meaning "Valley of Nine Villages", as it becomes nine residential villages Tibetan tribes.

An area of 72,000 hectares is located at an altitude of 4,800 meters dapl, in northern Sichuan. More than 220 species of birds, dozens of rare plants and animals, including orchid, panda, golden monkey, and black neck crane, forest, hills and a cascading waterfall in the national park produces a spectacular panorama. One of the most famous waterfalls are Nourilang waterfall, with a height of approximately 24 meters, which when exposed to the sun the water will appear colorful rainbow tub.

Jiuzhaigou national park is also famous for lakes with clear turquoise water. Wolong National Nature Reserve

Wolong National Nature Reserve is a nature conservation at the same place in the world's largest panda breeding. An area of 200,000 hectares at an altitude of 2,200 to 3,600 meters dapl is located in Wenchuan county, about 3 hours from Chengdu.

Recorded about 4,000 species of plants, 450 species of vertebrate animals, and 1,700 non-vertebrate animal species are protected in the Wolong nature reserve. In addition to pandas, other rare animals such as snow leopard, red panda, golden monkey nose and Asiatic black bears are also found there. This area is surrounded by mountains and trees and rivers impassable Pitiao.

Inaugurated as a center for research and conservation of pandas in June 1980 thanks to the cooperation between the Chinese government and WWF, Wolong nature reserve holds about 150 types of giant pandas and pandas have successfully bred 66 cubs today.
